Prepare tetragonia by blanching in boiling water for 3 minutes, then draining and immediately plunging in cold water.

Squeeze excess water out.

Cut into shreds

Pick petals from pigface

Make dressing mixing prickly box honey, lemon juice and avocado oil

( 1 part lemon to 3 parts oil. )
